Tales from the backside

Apparently, these speakers don't exist- or I don't know what I have. I bought these speakers as Adire Tempest 15D8s. But, the rumor is they were never actually made. Here are the photos from the actual installation.

The magnet is rubber coated, it is a pressed-steel basket and the cone is a paper/kevlar mix. I saw the box these speakers came in, and it said 'Tempest' and 'Made in USA'.

The reason I want to know more about them, is that I'm considering doubling-up on them (justiwifeication coming) to get a total of 4... because... uh.. that's an even number. Yeah, so is two (what I currently have).. but.. uh.. 4 is double-even. And.. uh... to get a three dimensional sound, you have to have more than two points of origin. Which means... 4!
