Electrican

Our electrician hard at work. What kind of electrician has to bring a 'basic wiring' book with him to the jobsite? At least he was cheap.

Scott Milbern and I hauled 34 sheets of drywall up to the gym- having to remove two doors in the process. Scott, of course, gets free membership to the climbing wall/theater :-)

John Peebles is a master of drywall. He's whipping through the installation with ease.

Only thing... he thinks I need a new carpenter! (very funny)

Papa, of course, takes a little longer than Griff wanted because he had to get the shot of the insulation snow. Note to the SPCA or whatever the kid equivalent is- this is cellulouse insulation, and is about as dangerous as paper, okay?

Final push before drywall

We're getting very close- almost all the framing has been done. The kids have been putting up insulation, while Steff and I have done framing and electrical. Our system is wired for 7.1 and we've got a conduit to run the wires up into the ceiling. We're going to rent a machine to blow insulation into some hard-to-reach areas this weekend.
